Hey bro.....I may see you up there...I am doing this show, or a spring show, not fully decided.....Either way, i enjoy dieting, and stay about what i am at in my avi yr round, if i am competing, i gotta bump up my weight a tad....Sitting at 255-260 right now.....Abs are decent, back is lean as always comes in first on me,,, right before my chest and lower half lean out.....
Love this sport...
Staying real strong, and feeling very healthy, this may be a good year....

So just did my skin fold test and got a 38 -- started my diet at 22 weeks out with a skin fold of 70 ! I'm at 11 weeks out and down from 237 to 209 -- said a big hello to my abdominals that I havent seen for awhile -- still feeling strong and tweaking my diet a bit -- decided that for next year and after the SWFC that I will stay alot leaner than I used to and not have to diet for almost half a year !! I think I'm probably gonna come in around 194 ish -- Take care Rob

Ideally I would like to make it down to lightweight as I think at a heavier weight class I will get crushed.
This is my first Contest. Currently I don’t have a lot of mass, but I figure I’ll take this year to cut down as much as I can (I have always been on the heavier side) and then spend the next year slowly gaining mass.
Should be fun….
Awesome dude - I'm at 7 % at 204 - last skin fold was a 36 - not gonna be the biggest but lean and shredded as hell !! This also my first show -- See u there

Time: 11:30am
Location: Inn at the Quay, New Westminster
We will be holding the AGM at the end of year. This will allow us to talk about the entire season of shows, including the national level events. It will also be after the CBBF AGM, which will allow the executive to report back after the meeting of any changes made at the CBBF level.
Anyone have an Idea what copies of the DVD cost , as well as I was told there will be a reputable photographer onsite for competition pics any one have idea on the prices of that also ? Thanks
And OH ya Shredded and Jacked -- Super Stoked to do my first show ( a little nervous / anxious ) - I'll be in Masters and Light Heavy -- see you all there !!!
