Ur right i am totally against the keto diet mostly for health reasons and post show rebounds. I'm not asking or telling anyone to follow my diet. I think I mentioned not everyone does everything the same way.
When ur as passionate about something as much as I am and I would argue that I am one of the most passionate competitors in the country i wish for the best in everyone else who does what I do. I don't cheer against anyone I hope everyone does there best and reaches their goals. Same goes for u. I wish u the best of luck and training and hope u can accomplish what u set out to do.
I may have missread or overcalculated the calories u took in in one day but I just always recommend that whne people follow a diet they do their own research on top of what the trainer is saying and self educate.
On a final note I have no trouble maintaining below 9% bodyfat over a year since my last show and have added muscle every year for over 15 years now. Not too many people out there can say that. I am not saying I know more then anyone else but I am saying that I am 100% against a ketogenic diet especially one that follows this up with a massive amount of all u can eat calories. It simply is does not make sense. I have yet to come across research to support this and I do have a masters degree and had the highest avg in university (okay enough bragging from me now)
once again good luck in the show, if there is a bantamweight class u must be the favorite.
