^^^ I hold people who are "shredded and huge" to a higher standard because not only should they know better but they have a negative influence on a larger group of people because they attract more attention. When using a shared space you need to be considerate and mindful of those around you regardless of how awesome you think you are.
I train in my garage which is hovering around zero and personally I would feel stupid wearing a hat of any kind. Although I do have to wear long underwear and multiple layers.
