Down in Yarmouth. Bulking the past couple months but now that I'm into the fishing season it's kinda thrown off my training. At 225 at 16%. Finally getting back into the gym today (only time off is when it's storming..ugh). I'll only be starting cardio as of January though because the tole fishing pays (I'll still probably lose 10 pounds in the mean time). Starting my diet this monday, I'll cut down to 250g carbs 250g protein at about 2000 calories. Come January I'll start 25 minutes cardio everyday and 50 on my off days with a 5 minute increase each week. I'll look to deplete my carbs 25g per week depending on my body's reactions.
