POF should be called POFSTD's. I did a search on it, and I found a girl who gave my best friend ghonorea. A girl that gave a guy I know from the bar chlamydia, and a girl who was looking for a long term relationship, and in her profile she said she wanted an honest guy becuase shes an honest girl and doesnt cheat. Yeah right, she got picked up by the guys who lived across the hall from me in college and they ran a train on her. This was while she was in a relationship I might add. I wouldnt bother looking for anything serious on that site.
