tll PCT is over.
I've gotten to the point where I'm counting the days.
It seems like I've been able to maintain strength and actually gain a little muscle up top but my quads have taken a beating over the last couple of weeks and my recovery is definitely not superhuman.
I'm going to have to reduce or even drop my cardio to give the legs a chance to recover over the next 2 weeks (bleah). I've been doing 4 - 1 hour , and 3 - 20 minute sessions of cardio a week to get my bodyfat down to 10%. Calipers say I'm about there @ 210 pounds.
I'm looking forward to a somewhat modified bread & butter cycle
tbol, test-e, npp alternating with tren
some aromasin, some hcg
a little gh, some insulin and dextrose
and lots of food
dc routine ( 2 way split )
I intend to blast and cruise till spring or until I stall out.
I'm hoping to be able to say 230 @ 10% this time next year.
