I used to tan alot in my 20`s. The thing is when you see yourself with some colour, you want more and more. Just like muscle. I don`t think going once a week can be bad, but 2 gives you a better colour. My instinct tells me these rays can`t be good.

The thing with tanning is that if you look at people who are in their 30`s and older who`ve been tanning since their 20`s or so, their skin does not look good.

there is a REAL BIG DIFFERENCE between me going tanning a few times in the winter, to the 15 yo girl who goes everyday, for the next 30 years.
