Bars are good for me as I am on the road a lot and sometimes have to work through lunch sometimes. Trail mix is my other choice.

next offseason I am going to use a tip which I discovered in Fouad's DVD.

If looking for something sweet and wanting to keep in check nutritionally as much as possible I'll eat a protein bar or 2 at night once all my other meals have been eaten.

Not great for a meal replacement but not to shabby as a snack if all your nutritional needs have been met already.

I got liver aflatoxin poisining from Detour Bars....the specific batch was recalled from costco where i had purchased them...long story short they are garbage
