I Was Thinking about Taking A Few Teaspoons Of This Oil Throughout The Day Instead Of Omega Gel Caps... What Do You Guys Think???

It`s moslty all omega 6`s and barely any 3`s. Don`t buy this product. Plus the DHA content is not even listed.

You will want to take your 3s and 6s 1:1. Fish oil caps and Evening primrose oil are cheap and very effective.

stick with omega-3 only supplements - you're getting enough omega 6 in your diet
