I feel like crap but look pretty good, my best conditioning ever and maintained my size/fullness which I've always had problems with in the past. This has been my hardest prep EVER! I started prep when my son was 4 months old, he's 6 months now. Working fulltime 12.75hr days, shiftwork to boot. Doing am cardio empty stomach and training 6 days a week, now 7 days a week no rest and legs every 3rd day for the last week now to. I am drained, absolutely wiped. I have to go do legs here but am stalling, lol. The leg workouts right now are 6 sets of leg extensions, 6 sets of lunges then 8 sets of leg curls all no less than 15 reps so it's not exactly a fun workout. I will be back there later tonite to train some arms too and some light cardio.

10 weeks out I was about 232lbs, right now in the morning when I wake up I am 222lbs and conditioned so I havent dropped too much weight which is surprising. I am far from there yet, to my standards anyways, my glutes and hams need to come in and I am giving it my all to dial them in.

This is the first time I've never had any cheat meals or anything like that. I'm going zero fats. Usually I'd have a nibble of something the wife was eating or have some kind of a binge like a tbsp of peanut butter a few times a day but this time I havent done that at all...ok I'll admit I've had maybe 5 or six times dipped the end of a butter knife into the PB jar, but not too bad for 7 weeks, lol.

Anyways, time to get my ass to the gym and blast these wheels of mine. I'll try to keep up this late journal but wont go into much details, just daily activities and stuff like that.

Pics will come soon as the show nears.

Zero fats is a mistake....at least take in some fish oil caps etc...your body will hold the fat it has if you are deficient in essential fats.

LOL, nope just the ****ing salmon alone but I can add anything I want to it as long as its low cal/sugar free...which leaves me not a hell of a lot of choices. Actually I spread some dijon mustard and dill over it then bake, its pretty good and I had some salmon Sashimi today as well that was good. ****ing expensive though, if I dont eat out for sashimi it looks like about $30 worth of salmon a day. The weight is 8-10oz cooked. I'm already sick of it I mean who eats salmon for breakfast? My favorite meal of the day is (well was) meal 1 and my oatmeal. Oh well I should lose the rest of my fat this week and be ready early then add back in carbs instead of last minute stuff.

This is the tightest I've been at this point in my prep than ever before. My quads have had more seperation in them before, but for some reason the last few shows they been the last to dial in for me. Before they would come in early. Not sure if it's an age thing, I'm 34 now, or has something to do with GH as thats when I started to use GH for prep was the last few shows when this started...maybe Preatorion knows why this is happening?

2 weeks out ready to rock. Sunday here is a bit of a higher carb day just 12oz yams extra for the day added to my last 3 meals, increased T3 by 12.5mcg. Lowered cardio by 10 mins to 25min a day in the morning empty stomach, lower intesity, so no more interval cardio now. Took the day off weight training today as well as i wasnt feeling too good, very tired. Cardio from now to the show will just be a morning walk around the block here, so no more driving to the gym to do it.

Could be a number of reasons...if you are taking more than 4iu GH per you will tend to retain water. As well if you are doing HIT cardio or alot of cardio for that matter the legs dont have much of a chance to relax and could retain water. Usually at 4 weeks out Id have my clients alternate pro/fat and pro no fat days...its tough to get totally pealed while still intaking an energy source.

Thanks, I know your a keto type guy, I've kept carbs in the entire way but very low fats. I went the keto route for 4-5 days only. Cardio was never long, the most I have done is 35 minutes a day on the Elliptical and I was doing HIIT for the most part at 1 minute intervals. I've made it to the treadmill now and cut back on cardio to 25 minutes in the am. Legs have actually come in now so I am happy, I guess it was just a matter of timing.

Weds began my carbing up, nothing crazy just white rice and chicken, ground sirloin and yams for 6 meals. Weds lots of water lowered sodium. Thursday same meals, no sodium and limited water intake, man its a bitch to get the food down when Im so used to added condiments and loading the sodium to everything. Not sure whats up for tomorow but I know water will be nil for the most part. I take pics first thing in the am and email to George and we go from there. I will say though I am looking pretty crazy and the tightest my glutes have ever been, just when I thought it was impossible. Legs are now IN and dry as a bone too.

There's a trainer (local IFBB Pro) out here running his mouth about a guy he's prepping thats going to win the show no matter who shows up. Well his track record with bringing guys into shows isnt too good to say the least and he better bring his A game in with his boy. Things like this piss me off because I know the guy competing and he's a great guy. He's a thick mofo but I know his weaknesses are my strengths and will play that, he knows nothing about me, so onstage I will expose it all and hopefully I can bring home a win bro's. I've busted my ass to get to this point and the high is almost over.
