Howdy all,
I am not a vegetarian but I am lactose intolerant. I've been using whey powder for years but only recently I'm finding that my allergy is getting worse. I'm cramped up for hours after a full dose of whey poweder and I think I have to switch to a veggie protein.
I was wondering if anyone else is using a veggie protein and what you think of it? Also are you taking BCAA to help fill out the veggie protein?
And lastly has anyone used this:
INTERACTIVE VEGETARIAN COMPLETE PROTEIN
Now with Hemp Protein Complete Vegetarian Protein (5lb)
Description:
Complete Vegetarian Protein™ is a convenient way to reap the benefits of the best vegetable protein sources available, all-in-one great-tasting formula A multi-protein blend made of Soy Protein, Hemp Protein, Pea Protein Isolate, and Rice Protein Concentrate.
This formula is cholesterol free
Features 100% exclusive soy protein isolate for maximum potency and purity.
Thanks for the opportunity to ask a question!
