Notice how he says nutrition is the most important thing for a bodybuilder, even before training. Thats the spoken truth right there.

Good videos, the only thing... If I remember correctly is he says somewhere in it that to maintain 1lb muscle you must eat 69cal, which I could only see applying to Michael Phelps...

If I remember correctly, he says that it takes 69 calories to maintain a pound of muscle per day. That just doesn't seem right. Take a 200 pound man at, say 10% bodyfat. His LBM is 180 pounds. Lets say he has another 30 pounds in bones/skin/organs/etc. That leaves him with 150 pounds of muscle or even 50lbs of organs etc, leave him at 120lbs of muscle...

150 x 69 = 10,350
120 x 69 = 8280

I don't think people have quite that much muscle, although the number he quotes does seem high.

Probably not worth getting caught up with the details. Overall his advice is excellent and explained in easy to understand terms (aside from his accent). I think the amount of protein he feels people should eat is excessive but probably not overly detrimental. Obviously protein can be used as energy and there are a couple other little generalizations he makes but I found the clips to be really good.

im pretty sure he made a mistake. cause in another one of his nutritional videos ive seen he says you need 14kcal/kg/day, so he must have ment 6.9kcal
