I wanted to thank all the guys for there input.
Sincerely since i started my cardio, working on my diet and training.
I have lost 14LBS in two weeks all that shit water weight has dropped right off.
Even with my low TEST count my energy is up and i feel better.
Like you all said !! It's all about the diet.
I guess I'M lucky in the genetic department.
being 6'4'' i usaually weight in around 240LBS
chest 49''
waist 36-37''
arms 17.5-18''
and thats when i don't train.
You all have given me allot of insight and motivation.
My gym has no real lifters
I am really glad to have all of you guts to talk to
