Hey All.

I`m trying to find out what would be more beneficial for muscle gains for a 44 year old.
I have been training since i was 25.

Of course i am using gear and for the last 2 years have not come off but reduced and increased dosages accordingly.

What is the best bang for the buck , gh or igf/peg, other peptides?

We all know that gh does so much more good as we age.

Is there anything else that an old fart can take to increase energy/performance.

Lately been feeling tired more often.

Has anyone tried Selegiline?
Input is appreciated.

Thanks

id try igf b4 gh. the sides from gh can be troublesome plus its xpensive and takes a long time to work, igf is cheaper. you can do it on or off cycle. you get the growth part of gh without sides and expense. i found you could eat lots but not gain bf. you really notice it on next cycle of juice. i found tho for us older guys notin beats good ol test

I have used GH 3 ius/day for about a year 8 months ago.
I am thinking of the indirect benefits of gh compared to igf.
I know igf will cause gh but igf is so much cheaper.

Fat loss was great with gh but i`m more concerned with adding more quality muscle.

Yea , one thing about gh i didn't like was tingling hands .
although gh is suppose to regenerate organs and fix small injuries.

Will igf cause enough gh to be released for the benefits?

IGF [esp LR3] has a much higher co-incidence with tumors.
Being older, your odds of developing cancers are slightly greater as well.

HGH all the way.

Very good point , BR.
Something to consider.

out of the 2 i would be inclined to suggest GH , well useing the burst method for muscle gains..... However if we broden the horizons, i would have to say for muscle gains, AAS over both

i think most people are dissappointed with gh and igf, you dont get lbm gains like with juice. their like an investment for future growth, by creating more muscle cells, these muscle cells eventually grow withjuice , but most people expect miracles out of them and are dissappointed. i still say for 40 plus guys nothin beats test

Oh yea, you cant expect many muscle gains from gh and igf alone without aas for the over 40 crowd.
I`m already factoring test into the mix.
So really, we need igf or gh to create more cells and the aas to grow them larger.

I was thinking about the gh burst method and may give that a try as soon as i get my hands on G.

Maybe it would be still better to use gh rather than igf along with AAs because of the tumour potential with igf.

i agree with the gh+test. i like the overall package, the pros vs the cons.

btw: at your age, are you getting hrt? and if so, can you get gh supps as well from a doc?
