I am really proud about the 1st article... the couple in the photos joined my gym in Whitby at the beginning of the year... I gave them a pretty agressive 'cutting' diet along with a basic workout plan... they followed it real well and lost close to 90lbs in around 12 weeks!

The 2nd article is about my new Pickering location... there are 2 board members in the photos :) Anyone recognize them?

The 3rd article is about a United Way magic show that we sponsored last month...

Nice Article bud! If i may talk buisness with you, what sort of start up did it take to open your first gym? What kind of income does a gym generate initially, then after 3 years, 5 years etc....

Also, who are the board members? Hook me up with Jen the cardio girl!

Jen is MetalChick and Garrett is her boyfriend... they are both board members...

It takes about 250k-300k to open a gym... revenue depends on number of members and whatever other products (ie. supplements) or services (ie. PT) you offer... check out the link below for more detailed info...

The response has been amazing... 500,000 cars pass by our sign on the 401 every day!
