- chunks of feta cheese doused in olive oil and flax seed is good
- to make sure the cap on a shaker is sealed before shaking choc protein powder. otherwise it looks like chocolate diahrea explosion on the kitchen walls.
- boiling water is indeed hot.

lol yes, i have done that, and yes, it was choco whey.... all over the place

the feta cheese thing is a special treat for me. add some herbs and spices to it, and mmmmmmm

i once completely covered my cat in chocolate weight gainer because the lid wasnt on tight. he cleaned himself up and got jacked lol
