So, some of you might know from another thread that I have decided to come off steroids after 2 yrs of continual use, I wanted to make a Log to go into some detail about how im feeling and how things are going, questions are more then welcome.. here is the PCT
Wk 1: 150mg test on monday, 1500iu of HCG on monday/thurs, aromasin 25mg/day
Wk 2: 150mg of test on monday, 1500iu of HCG on monday/thurs, aromasin 25mg/day
Wk 3: 1000iu of HCG mon/thurs, 25mg aroma per day
Wk 4: 1000iu of HCG mon/thurs, 25mg aroma per day
Wk 5 100mg of clomid per day, 25mg of aromasin per day
wk 6 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of aromasin per day
wk 7 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of aromasin per day
wk 8-10 25mg of aromasin per day
right now Iam on week 2 and im feeling pretty good, I decided not to take the 150mg of test either week 1 or 2, maybe this was a bad move, soon I will find out, the last cycle I was on looked like this 1,200mg test E, 400mg Tren E, I can feel the hormones definitely leaving my body right now, mind you im also taking 8iu of GH/day for this PCT and will continue this for the whole time off and then still remain on GH when i decide to go back on, as of right now im not planning another starting date, after this pct I will wait another 4 weeks and get FULL blood work done to see what my body is doing,
today is friday, my last shot was the monday before this week, which makes this just short of 2 full weeks off, my body is a bit softer, mentally im starting to feel better, my head is more clear, my appetite is still quite good *Thank God* i feel tired throughout the day which i was expecting, my nuts are actually twice the size as last week *crazy* im feeling soreness in my balls as well as they are very plump, probably from the HCG, other then that, i feel good and my weight is still the same, i have lost water weight but still remain about the same on the scale, i notice that im gaining some fat back on my belly though, which is not cool but im not worried at this moment.. ill try and keep this log updated.. feel free to ask any questions.

I will also add, im sleeping like a damn BABY!!!!! before i was lucky to get 3 hrs of sleep at night.

Perhaps you could post your heigh weight etc. and see how it looks after a few months of PCT?
You're obviously post cycling properly and it would be interesting to see how your body reacts statistically over the weeks and months.

5' 11" 240lbs about 12% bf or so, maybe higher im not sure.. my lean body mass is about 210lbs if im correct.

many reasons, my cholesterol was too high, i found that my stamina was getting really bad, i could hardly finish a full workout without getting dizzy, also i feel i made some great gains in this last 2 yrs, i want to see what i can maintain naturally, also it was affecting my relationship with my GF and other close friends, i feel 2 years straight is quite some time to be on, a break is very much needed, even if your a pro you need time off, also im not sure if this makes much sense but i want to have kids hopefully soon, so that was a big determining factor as well..

nah dude. It's all good and makes complete sense.
You pct looks good,once you get off your pct get your blood work don't and hope your test is low so you can get a scipt of HRT.I will be getting my blood work next week,so i came off my orals,no pct until the blood test is done monday then i will start up my pct that day,and my cutting cycle so i can get a scipt for HRT i know i'm bad, i know the medical system its all one big game haha.

No need with the clomid...bro do not take more SERMS than you need...just take the clomid, trust me...check out this study on what just clomid @25mg/day did for these men...

No way bro, Aromasin is an AI and has an entirely different purpose in this PCT then the SERMS.

Keep in mind that this is a pct that i put together for him based on his age, time on and type of drugs used, along with the doses used. Others may need a more or less aggressive protocol.

You aint seen nothing yet, brother. The first four weeks on SERMs usually aren't too bad. Libido seems to return (briefly) and muscle memory and the usual diet and workouts seem to belie the fact that you've come off gear. It's in the long weeks or months after you come off PCT that you'll see if you've recovered or are just carrying on w/o much natural Test in your system. It's then you'll feel either relieved or just dragged out & lethargic. Hope it's the former:flowers.

i know for a fact that I will get fatter, those are just my genetics, im a mesomoph who can either gain fat quick or muscle.. i know that I will crash eventually but i have to do this for my body, right now looking good is not the most important thing to me..

I would not advise using Fareston either. Your post cycle looks as close to flawless as can be. I've heard most fareston out there is fake anyways...
What are your projected goals CM? And how long do you plan to be off for?
I tend to get back on a little earlier than I plan...

what do you mean by goals? as in PCT or overall in bbing? i plan to stay off the whole summer at least, this is totally dependent on how much blood work comes back after my PCT, the fareston i have is not fake i can assure you that but you are correct just as Gustavo said, i dont need to change a thing for my PCT..

ya bro, im keeping track of the stats as well.. im not sure if i posted this but i have actually gained some weight on the scale since coming off, mind you its only been 2 weeks.. im sitting at 245lbs today and im feeling quite sensitive in certain areas like my nipples and im rather swollen all over.. why i gained weight is beyond me, im still very much vascular all over arms/shoulders/calves mostly.. ill try and post some pics soon..

non existent bro, i attempted to lift some weights last week but i was too drained, i did end up training chest and back but thats it.. i hope this week is different, diet is basically everything and anything but im trying to limit sweets.. i know bad bad.. thats why i look like ass.

You know what CM, in regards to your weight gain, I experienced something similar myself.
After years of almost 100% consistent use of steroids, I could not get over 200 pounds. I was shredded at all times, but I couldn't break the 200 pound mark.
I decided to take a break from steroids in July 2008. I was off from then until Jan 1 2009. In that time period, I got up to 227 pounds.
I ran similar PCT to you as I have the money and access to all the goodies fortunately.
My conclusion was that I kept eating like a bodybuilder, but wasn't training like a bodybuilder anymore. The absence of steroids made it too hard to stay ripped and my workouts were lazier. This is when the scale can trick you. I gained nearly 30 pounds, but I looked and felt terrible.
Perhaps this is the path you're about to take? lol i hope not and I wish you the best, but that's my experience and hopefully you can take something from it.

I was on and off for a few years more on then off, and I hardly lost anything, just try to eat as clean as possible and as much as possible. and keep the work out intensity high.

That sucks that you dont feel motivated, I am sure it will pass. Just keep training and eating semi-clean. Keeping cals and protein up will help. I am sure you know that though...

just an update, im doing really really well, this PCT is off the hook (thanks Gus) im still holding on to my muscle, but im noticing that im starting to get a big gut, i dont mean just fat, i mean the muscles (abs) are actually popping out more, im still running 8iu Gh/day so maybe thats why, other then that.. things are groovy..

well seems like a good lifestyle choice cm i have a kid myself and dont think i woulda been on the sauce when he was young no time to train properly or get proper sleep wish you the best of luck and look forward to your reports.

Great to hear bro...just follow through with the entire protocol, that is the most important thing...kinda like taking anti-biotics, you need to finish the whole bottle, even if you feel better half way through...lol...

week 5,
diet- eat everything I want but i still supplement with protein shakes
training- here and there.. this week i did chest and back already, tomorrow legs and then shoulders/arms fri and sat.

did you see the xbox in my pic lol.. how did you know i had it? that's funny, i hardly ever play, but im thinking about getting that new street fighter, that looks mad siCK!!! im a huge fan of fighting games, racing games etc.. ya im drinking lots of water and stuffing food down my throat, my women is actually helping me out quite a big with this...
