Hey guys, well ive posted my pics in the gear pics. Now ill post my cycle and see what you guys think.
Ive done a lot of research, and was originally going to go with a standard first cycle of Test E. However, only thing available to me was sus 250.
This is my first cycle. Im 23 (turning 24), 183 lb, 5'11" and have been training for the better part of 3 years.
The goods
Sustanon 250
Weeks 1-12, twice a week, 250mg each shot, Injected Mon and Thurs.
D-BOL Weeks 1-4, 30 mg every day, spread out every 4 hours one pill
However, was contemplating doing 3 shots spread out equally consisting of 150 mg, 200mg, 150mg (what you guys think?)
PCT
HCG should be started prior to the cycle ending, probably around week 10.
500 iu 2*week
Starting week 14:
clomid and nolva both:
300mg clomid + 40mg nolva day 1, 50mg clomid + 20mg nolva around 20 days
Supplements
- Whey Protein (have both regular and timed release)
- Weight Gainer
- Multi vitamin
- BCAA
I will start off eating my normal meals which consist of ~4000 cals, mostly clean and will progressively increase that as my weight increases.
I also will be doing a 5 day split at the gym
