Just finished an 8-week short cycle of Test prop & Masteron, running each at 600 mgs EW. Wasn't looking to gain mass, which at my age is tough anyway. Also just had my 59th birthday a couple weeks ago, so looking buff at all is a reward for me. What do you young'uns think? Have I achieved buff, even w/o the mass?

Well done my man. Something for us "old guys" to strive for. I know how hard it is to keep the gut so trim.

Awesome work for 59 years old. Get blood work done after your cycle to make sure your cholesterol is in check and blood pressure. But awesome work man.

People online keep telling me to lose the body fur, but I can't help but recall Sean Connery's James Bond in You Only Live Twice responding to a criticism of his own substantial body fur (from a clean-bodied Japanese man) with the remark: "Japanese proverb say, 'Bird never make nest in bare tree.' "

Cholesterol is always good it seems, despite the number of whole eggs I eat. My BP does sometimes zoom up, but if you took as many ephedrine as I do yours would be up too. My swollen prostate is the biggest problem. Haven't decided what to do about that yet. Getting a full blood work-up done then going down to Test gel for a couple of months or so. After that I plan a strong, long summer cycle of long esters: Test, EQ, with a Tren spice.

Thanks for the good advice.

Not quite 60. Don't rush me, please!

No, not really. After being a high school athlete I sort of fell into a bookish trance at university within a halo of marijuana smoke for my twenties & into my thirties. Woke up and realized how badly I had let my body (& my life) go. Begin lifting in my late thirties, but stopped to get a doctorate for the first half of my forties, then began iron work again, this time with the discovery of creatine & the oral prohormone androdiol. The Diol, I found, helped me grow more than the creatine but only in short bursts that quickly wore off.

Suddenly prohormones were illegal & I was out of luck. Searching for them, however, I came across Net ads for real roids &, after a bit of open-minded research, decided to try my luck with E. European products when I was the ripe old age of 55. ****ed up my first cycle from lack of knowledge but I've learned plenty since.

Seems to me this one thing is true: By the time you're in your fifties, or mid forties for that matter, you have already gone as far as you're going to go naturally. Plus the flow of your own natural testosterone & growth hormone is steadily diminishing. At that stage of the game, if one is still hale, hearty, & working out, why not use gear to supplement what nature no longer provides?

Score a tan, remove that body hair and diet for a few weeks and compete at the beach for some young poon tang!

My dad is 60 and looks like a ham sandwich. Good job Sir!

No, I did not know this. Never heard of any such association. I'll try doing a few weeks w/o the ephedrine crutch and see how it goes. Thanks, I hope!

Diet? I'm not lean enough? And actually I am pretty tanned. The direct evening sunset seemed to tell my camera lens I was ivory-pink and so it goes. But, just for you, "Old Dog" (who has only a 60 year old dad?), I'll hit the tanning booth again today.

I don't get the "remove the body hair" thing, however. My fur is all in the right places and not running rampant, so it's not like I look like an ogre. I'm not aiming to be a pin-up, just a man-ape with a nice build.

Strange about women these days, ain't it? Some find muscles attractive, especially the real, grown-up women, but some of the girly crowd look at me with disgust like "Yuk, where's Justin?" Don't know what they're missing, of course.:D

Friends? Hey, I'm "Solo", that means I don't hang out. I do have a near & dear lady 16 years younger, however, who knows I juice, trusts me, but is happy knowing more about it than that.

Trouble is, after all this unexpected praise, I feel so good that now I don't want to come off:help. Why, in just another three weeks..., thinks I.

Just finally learning how to eat, but I guess I'd better go off for two months, let myself go real low in Test with truly shrunken boys, and get a scrip for Test gel & HCG for the in-between periods. Back on in mid-May and going for a personal weight record-breaker.

Thanks for chiming in, gentlmen & scholars. You've been a real encouragement.

Just a question in regards to your prostate, but as far as the ole' six shooter goes if you know what I mean, you know, what happens with the lady friend When thee ole supersoaker goes off? how does that effect the "eruption" if you will?
