if it were just penn sayin it then i wouldnt give it another thought but hughes says same.....perhaps he's just really greasy....he is from quebec.... ;)

Why didn't BJ say something to an official between rounds and they could have checked GSP?

it says that the officials did warn his trainer cuz they saw him doing it...

I recorded it on my PVR, and in between one of the rounds, you can see one of GSP's trainers wiping his back off with a towel,....so **** BJ. GSP is just a sweaty dude.

And besides.....each fighter has their face covered in vaseline at the begining of the round. They get into a mount position, the top man usually lowers his face to his opponents chest-some vaseline is going to be wiped on that persons chest. When they have each other against the fence and they are trying to turn each other, the head is used to push the opponents head away or the head is held against the back, between the shoulders to avoid an elbow or something.
There are too manys ways for vaseline to be exchanged from face to body during a fight. It is quite possible that GSP and Penn had vaseline on their body, but I don't think it was put there deliberately.

Oh and screw Hughes! Who is this guy? He once was one of the UFC spokepersons along with Rich Franklin. But where is he now, back on his farm. You don't even need talent to beat this guy. He's just cranky that he's sitting at the bottom of the 170 division.

At the old office we had MMA bobble heads, we also had a BK bobble head. Whenever one of the fighters lost, we'd put his face in BK's crotch. BK got a lot of head from hughes.

Officials were already checking GSP, they warned GSP's cutman and they wiped GSP's back with a towel.
