whole body, day or two off, whole body, day or two off, whole body...
...more and more lately I'll go with a legs and midsection/core day followed by an upper body day, just to switch things up. Don't usually take a day off between those, so it works like:
Monday: Whole body
Weds: Legs and core
Thursday: Chest, Back, Traps, Shoulders, Arms
Sunday: Whole body
Tues: Whole Body
Thursday: Upper body
Friday: Legs and core...

I just switched mine up a few weeks ago...I used to a 5 day split and now I'm doing an upper/lower split. I'm loving the lower volume and increased frequency.
