anybody out there have experience dieting on tren. im doing test 500/week, tren a 50/day. lost 6 lbs first week, havnt lost any since.heard tren plays on your mind while dieting,cause you get leaner but weight doesnt drop.my carbs are at 100 grams, protein about 300. doin cardio 5 days / week.know from past experience would lose like crazy at that low carb, feel im getting leaner but it is messin with me, any feed back appreciated oh yea this is 4th week dieting.

take a pic at the start of every week or 2 and compare them?

that would have been smart,actually ican see difference now even tho weight is not dropping, must be gaining muscle while losing fat, which is great.also got a guy checking me monthly now, thnx bros. ps. better picture now

You can measure your waistline , or get a bf % test done too.

doin enanthate . will switch to prop about 4 weeks out that way if im holding water from it i can drop it all together b4 show. i can now see difference pants are looser for sure, weight is holding between 205 210. also taking nolvadex. start winnie 8 weeks out

never had tren a play tricks on my mind like you are suggesting...well by the sounds of it you said your shape is changing which is a good thing. you'll like winny and tren, prop is a great cutting, hardening, while dieting 4 sure....:D if you've never done it before.

i guess thats the difference between dieting clean and dieting on. clean i consistently lost weight every week, this time weight loss is almost non existant, but conditioning is coming great. not gonna worry about scales gonna use mirror more.

weight is now down about 15 lbs since diet started. unbeleivable how tren keeps your muscle. first time ive seen abs above 200 lbs, original goal was to make middle weight, not sure if i can get there now.thinking mid 180 ish.but if i get to 180, ill sauna down to middle weight. 7 weeks 20 lbs for middle is it possible.opinions

^^You could lose 20 lbs in 24 hours...It really depends on your BF% and how much water(fat) you are carrying. Not knowing your height and BF% I can't really tell you anything...

Example:

Person #1
5'5
200lbs
35% BF
could lose 20 Lbs in 7 weeks pretty easily.

Person #2
6'3
200lbs
12% BF
Not so easy.

Not so easy.i can only guesstimate, bf arround 5 to 6 %, weighed 198 today. i think its possible to get to 180 but maybe not necessary. but at 185 whats better to do, go in smaller lightheavy or sweat down to 176 and go middle , be a bigger middle.by the way i have 7 . 5 weeks

were talkin dry contest weight. after a certain point you dont lose fat just water.
