I have a 60ml bottle of 200mcg/ml of Clen. I am considering taking it in a 2 week on 2 week off cycle followed by benadryl to clean out my receptors.

I know 1/2cc is 100mcg so 1/4cc is 50mcg... (No I'm not injecting lol)

how many mcg would you recommend to help burn off some excess body fat?

Also what kind of symptoms or feelings can I expect from using Clen?

How long does it usually take to see results with Clen? (I know it depends on diet and training but humor me)

add in T3 and you won't have to cycle on and off.

Depending on how much you want to shed (10-15lbs for example) I'd just do it on diet alone. Clen won't speed things up THAT much for you.

That said, I'd start with 60mcg (twice daily) to start and up it by 20mcg each week until side become too much (if they do). Wouldn't recommend going over 200mcg!

Shakes, headache, nausia, loss of appetite could all be expected.

I would start in the very low range just to see how you respond. You`re much better taking too little than too much, as you must likely know, clen stays in the system for a long time. 20mcg is what I`d start with and go from there. Around 80-140mcg are most common doses. It works very fast for me but I`m a get lean very easily, for you I`d give it 3 back to back cycles with the protocol you listed and should see a difference. Besides loosing weight too fast is not good anyway.

Things to look out for are headaches, increased heart rate, trouble sleeping and muscle cramps. Have some tauring on hand and make sure you`re getting enough potassium. If following a low carb diet, get some potassium pills. When guys start running higher doses they have shaky hands like the guy who sold me his bottle this summer... On clen I feel ****in fantastic puts me in a good mood and am able to train hard an absolute must for cutting.

One more thing, for it to really work you must inject 3cc`s of S.A t-400 EOD no matter how painfull. Just bustin your balls in reference to a soon to be forgotten thread...

First off if you are going to cycle it two weeks on two weeks off you shouldnt need anythign to upregulate beta cells..the off time shoudl do that. If you are going to take anything take ketotifen not benadryl...it will upregulate beta 2 cells....you can actually run the clen with the keto right through if you like without coming off. Start at a low dose 20mcg split twice daily and increase about 20mcg every two weeks or so. You dont need to go much over 150mcg daily maximum...most guys do well on 120mcg daily. T3 will not upregulate beta cells but the combo is great. If you run T3 make sure you are on a base of test. If your diet is tight and you are hitting enough cardio youll see great results in 4 weeks. Taurine is great while on clen to prevent cramps....do not take potassium. You dont need potassium unless you are running something that leeches potassium from the body...ie lasix...not clen. Potassium regulates cardiac output....too much and you run the risk heart failure. You never increase electrolytes if they are not being reduced.

half life of clen makes this kinda redundant, if it was albuterol it would be an okay idea.

personally, i gain strength off of clen but the cramps and HUGE carb cravings negate any positives. I'd eat a loaf of bread on day 2 of clen.
