oil coming out of injection spot

so i just did a injection into my right delt, same as 2 weeks ago

i knew it wasnt gonna be fun when i first pushed and felt it go through scar tissue, but this time when i pulled the pin out oil started to come out of the hole. it seemed like a significant amount and im confused as to why it happened, using 1 inch pin.

Do z-track injections..

What I do, if you're injecting your right delt pretend like you're flexing your bicep and use your thump on your right hand to pull your skin on your delt towards your chest.. hold it there, and then inject with your left hand.

After injecting let the skin slide back and the holes in your skin/muscle wont line up.

That or you didn't get deep in the muscle, combination of things.. but Z-track will help for sure.

Also I find it makes injections less 'painful' as the skin is pulled tighter and the needle gets in deeper.

Just flex your arm at your side..and your thumb should reach the top of your front delt..just enough to pull the skin to the side.

I have mentioned that a few times in here .

What you extra large guys can do if you cant use your thumb is hold your syrnge in your left hand with your thumb , middle finger and next one smaller , then use the index finger to steady the top . using the wrist on your right delt to pull the skin over .
Thats the way I do it with 18 inch arms
