Hi all,
I have lost approximately 37.4 pounds. I go to the gym (do 45 mins cardio/alternate with weights session) about 4-6 times a week. I am on the low carb diet. I also take hydroxycut before meals. I was wondering if there's any other supplements I should be taking to improve weightloss or muscle tone. I"m 66.9 in and 156 pounds.

I think she's looking for legal supplements, how many cals are you taking in a day and in what ratio? Diet is the #1 reason you lose fat........

Have someone hide your scale and not tell you where it is. Looks like your making good progress. Try to figure out your bf%. Once you know your lean weight you can get a good idea of what your basal metabolic rate is (how many calories you burn in a day) which is also based on your gender and age. Then just take in less calories and you will lose weight. Obviously you will also have to take into consideration all of the exercise you do in a day. Really though just try to figure out roughly how much you should be eating of each macronutrient. Then break those numbers up into 5/6 meals spaced evenly throughout the day.
The biggest misconception people have is that their weight is important. Its not how much you weigh its what you look like that matters (ie body fat %).
I don't like low carb diets and Ive never tried hydroxycut but they work for many people. Chances are though your body will adapt into utilizing a "fasted state" very quickly if it isn't getting adaquate amounts of carbohydrates (sugars). So make sure your getting enough carbs to feel alert, and have energy so that your body doesn't think your starving and tries to store everything it can as fat.
Biggest things are: over what period did you lose the weight you've already lost. What is your goal or target weight and over what period of time?

My ingredients :
29% fat
48% water
Does stress influence your diet? I'm like a soldier on a private war. I work hard to get to the point I feel ok with my body and right after I do destroy it all.
