Do you guys experience this? I get it every once in a while, but it comes in phases like a few times a day, then without for weeks.

Do you guys experience this? I get it every once in a while, but it comes in phases like a few times a day, then without for weeks.

I had PVC's for years .....turned out they were from lack of sleep/overtraining in my case......
I thought it was ephedrine causing it, but it was the lack of sleep when on ECA all the time.
