In the beginning of next month I'll be going to Mont Royal.:ne
Arrive on Friday, friend's 50th B-day party on Saturday, back on Sunday.
Any restaurant suggestions to go on Friday before hitting Parking?

I can say most downtown restaurants are good, you may find that the Greek ones are to your taste (both pun and no pun intended). There is a Cypriot place downtown ran by Gus, his brother was one of the jewelers who owned a shop at Ledra Palace when I was over in Cyprus. Awesome food, and good sized servings. If you like strong coffee, its the place to get it too. I believe it is called the Paphos.

L'express on St. Denis has tasty French food at a reasonable price. Close to Parking, maybe 15 minute walks tops.

I love Montreal to death myself.
There are many high end restaurants that you can visit, and many mid range as well.
I LOVE Thursdays with a passion. Apperantely this place has been open for many many years, over 20 or so.

I don't know, depends on how we feel, we will be arriving about 3 pm on Friday Dec 05 walk around, go to Simmons back to the hotel and them dinner.
After dinner (that probably will be with a friend from TO) we will see; but as far as I know nothing happens there before 11pm.:friday
I checked the web site and apparently it will be a regular night, therefore I don't believe we will be out too late.

I would not get there until 11:30.
That means you are going to want to get a rezo for 8 or 830, which can still be busy at a place like Globe on a Friday. That is if you plan from going from dinner straight to Parking.
