do you change your diet while on pct?

example: ive read that high GI carbs promote estrogen, do you cut them out?

Cut carbs when you go off a cycle? Ok for one going off a cycle your going to go thru a hormonal imbalance then trying to change the diet and cut carbs is a double whammy and you'll lose alot of muscle. I'd eat exactly the same foods, maybe a bit cleaner because you dont have the luxury of being able to cheat as much as one can while on a cycle. I'd really focus on pre and post workout nutrition. Watch the late night carbs. Train the same but lower the intensity and you should be fine bro. Good luck.

on pct for 3-4 weeks now, i'm trying to eat as much as possible.. finally started feeling a little more normal.... trying get my weight back up and up for the winter season and then next cycle will lean me out on its own no need for cardio

i am gonna miss my 7 pack
