Bodybuilding star couple sentenced to prison in Las Vegas slaying of live-in assistant

A Las Vegas bodybuilder and his wife were sentenced to prison Friday over the slaying and burning of their live-in assistant.

Craig Titus, 43, was sentenced to 21 to 55 years. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, kidnapping and arson in the death of 28-year-old Melissa James.

Titus' wife, Kelly Ryan, was sentenced to 6 to 26 years in prison. She pleaded guilty to arson and Nevada's equivalent of no contest to battery with a deadly weapon.

Both Titus and Ryan were originally charged with murder with a deadly weapon in the case.

James' body was found December 2005 in the trunk of Ryan's car outside Las Vegas.

Titus is a 1996 bodybuilding champion and Mr. Olympia competitor, and Ryan is a past Fitness America and Fitness International winner.

A lawyer for Ryan declined comment. A lawyer for Titus said he is considering challenging the sentence.

I don't know what a bucket of dcks looks like, I have never seen one even on pictures :D :D


But as far as Titus...I always liked the guy, I think he had the biggest attitude in the world, and that did not help him any.
I recall the night he gave the judges the damn finger as he walked off of stage...:wtf I mean damn settle down big guy!!


We don't know what really drove him (them) to commit the crime. There has been some truth exposed to the media (us) but who knows what really happened.
I think he will be forgotten really fast, but guys like me will always remember him...even on the trial, yes he looked pretty big, but he is no longer the big shot, driving BMWs, or being sponsored by HUGE companies, endorsements for shows, expensive hotels, women left and right....now maybe BIG BUBBA will sponsor him in jail. at the cost of his ass being gang raped by the inmates who like big muscled up men.
