Hello everybody! My back is really coming in nicely my v-taper is starting to push at the sides of my shirt (yay!). I can't wait to cut down in the spring/summer but I am worried about my lower lats at the moment. I don't really know any way to hit them besides the bent over one armed row with a dumbbell. I tried to bring my elbow to my lower lat area and I couldn't feel much. I usually do 90 lbs for the one armed rows but I used 70 lbs this time... Is there any better way to hit the lower lats besides this exercise? Am I using improper form? Should I lower the weight and get the mind-muscle connection better?
Please tell me any advice you have on the topic!

Thanks!

Great video with Dorian....heres another variation using the smith machine...i find it quite useful.

A few things to remember...

1. body about 70 degree angle
2. get a good stretch but dont use lower back for momentum
3. hands should be about slightly less then shoulder width
4. arch the back while pulling and pull to the waist NOT chest
5. get in close to the bar...it should almost touch your legs
