you know what i dont get.. what do they see in Sylvio? sure he has an impressive physique but his body does not flow very well.. very small shoulders and lower back pretty much non existent.. what happened about balance and size??? IFBB needs new judges..

I think he was placed correctly. He needs more mass, particularly on his back, and better conditioning before he can roll with the guys that placed ahead of him. He's young, and already has an impressive physique so he'll get better and better with time.

Sylvio has incredibly round and full muscle bellies and spot on conditioning. It's not the prettiest physique, but it is impressive.

if you ask me i think he holds his own mass wise.. he came in at 250, he even said he missed his mark by a day conditioning wise.. but look at his and Dareem.. he clearly had him beat

So it's really easy to say based on that line-up he dominated.. but he's up there beside most of the last place finishers for the contest.

Personally, I think he looked better than Darrem. However there are still a lot of politics behind judging, and if the results were close I can understand how Darrem would get the nod because of how long he has been in the sport. He has been competing since 92.

I'd like to see all of the compulsory poses between Fouad and Darrem. You know that when it's close, a guy like Darrem is going to get the nod. He is as vet as they come.

Keep in mind that only 2 people in that line up actually beat him.....one of them being Darrem Charles. It's hard to tell from just 2 pics who should have beaten who, but Fouad did look really good. He's put on some size for sure. Darem has been off his game for a while now, and I think he's past his prime...probably shouldn't have beaten Fouad but I wasn't actually there to say for sure.

Sorry to bring the thread back to life but Hurley is right.
I think a bit more definition in the back would have given him the win, but maybe it is the pics that give me that impression.
