I am currently taking a Yohimbe+albuterol supplement. Its in pill form so I cant seperate it to take at different times. I was wondering how long after taking this can I eat a meal? I take them 2 at morning, before fasted cardio, and 2 more 4-5 hours later. I havent been eating in this time frame and have been cramping and not feeling so great. Does anyone know how long I have to wait after fasted cardio to eat, and how long before next dose? I am completely new to supplements so bare with me :/0 Thanks
