Hey everyone I'm 22 years old and a pretty active hard gainer, I trained Karate for twelve years although stopped training as active about five years ago. I have really been pushing myself and researching proper nutrition and lifting. I'm tired of being that lanky dude that nobody believes is a black belt haha!
Currently 6'3 and 160lbs. Eating 4000+ cals a day, 180gr proteins, 10gr creatine mono, and really pushing for as many carbs as I can get into my body haha. No pops, no fast food, I find my diet is pretty clean. All food is made from scratch I do not eat processed pre packaged foods, Other than Tuna and a few others. Lots of water, lots of milk.
