a quick search yielded this before i head off to bed...

the last 6wks my calfs have been cramping, and now my hip flexors knot up whilst doing squats...not fun!!
cal/mag, l-taurine and bananas have done nothing...gunna back off the java for a week see if that helps...then up my sodium...

either way, that link is a mouth full!

Are you taking anything else right now, like clen?

As well, how much Taurine are you taking? I found it most effective to help relieve and prevent cramps at the 6 to 10 grams per day mark, and split into 3 doses.

You also might be low on potassium and magnesium as well, since these can be quickly depleted as well depending on diet, training, caffeine, and other fat burners.

Best bet is to get a small kitchen scale to weight stuff out on. But, I think 1tsp typically ends up being about 4g of Taurine, if I remember correctly.

Upping sodium might help, but be careful with how much. I'd go with sea salt, less subQ water retention, and better for you.
