Looks like an in shape powerlifter. It's the look I shoot for - not to ripped up , but strong as **** :)

Just wondering why people are so in love with his methods for chest development.For a big bench his methods work.

I didn't know he has methods for chest development.

I read his stuff for strength development.

I think people have simply jumped on his bandwagon.I agree they are for strength.
