Left elbow numb

I get a numb feeling in my left elbow when I bench 8+ reps. Why, and what can I do to fix this?

In all seriousness, I think I have experienced something similar. Does it feel more like the bottom of your tricep, or is it your actual elbow?

Its probably a pinched nerve somewhere.

Maybe seek out some ART treatment and see if that helps?

kinda feels like it goes through the tendon at the bottom of my tricep down to the elbow.
