So who will be attending this show to watch, promote there sponsers, and compete? I'll definitely be there with Team Lou Joseph and the guys and ill be watching for a few guys from my gym competing in it. One in the LHW and one in the middle weight i believe from Central Lifesytles i train at. Its always a great show i think Ive been there 4-5 times now and its always a full packed house and a good provincial qualifier.

Great show saw alot of good people. Tavi bro, everytime I saw you I was running for one of my girls. Sorry I couldnt stop to say hi.
