Been drinking it during workouts for a month or so. Basically just a blend of bcaas that tastes good. Besides being expensive i just wanted to know what peoples thoughts were and if they have used it.
Found the large container for 48 dollars so i bought more but its 99 at popeyes lol! would never spend 99 for it

I've been using this now consistently for over 3 years. I drink it all day about 6-8 scoops per 4L jug

I am dieting, using IF. I drink two scoops pre-wo. I don't mind the price, because just taking two scoops 2-3 times a week, it lasts for months. The taste beats the hell out of the plain bulk powder BCAA as well.
