Hey all,

I am wondering what the best store/online product is that will have similar effects to taking Test. Now I know nothing comes close to actually doing Test, but I am looking for something that can be bought legally to help increase muscle mass at a good rate.

I have been lifting hard for 2+ years and have been only taking Creatine along with the usuals (Multi-Vitamin, Flax Seed Oil, etc). I have been eating 3000+ cals a day, but am really not putting on much muscle mass. My body fat is around 14%, and is lowering. I'm getting toned, but not much bigger. I'd like to add as much muscle as possible.

Being able to choose your parents would be your best bet.

Next sure thing can be found in a grocery store :)

Eating a ton hasn't really helped. I'm lifting my ass off, but not getting much in terms of mass, just getting more toned :/

theres nothing out there no matter what supplement store salesman tells you that can give you the same effects as testosterone.. except testosterone.

If you're getting 'toned', then you're losing BF and aren't eating enough to recover. But dont mind me i was in a sarcastic mood the other day. Simple answer is, there is no OTC product that will do what test does.

I'm 6'1 195lb at the moment. I'm getting around 3200 cals a day, and that's with 2 shakes, one post workout and one meal replacement in the afternoon (with oats, fruit and flax seed oil).
It's freakin hard for me to get a lot of calories in because I just don't have time to prepare 2 chicken breasts and steak everyday like most of you hard core bodybuilders, so I really don't know how I'm supposed to do this. I've tried eating a ton of food in the past, but just ended up gaining body fat and not much muscle to go with it.

I understand where ur coming from not having the time bro but if you want it bad enough you will sacrifice some time at night or wake up early to cook. Its not for everyone bro its really not. How bad do you want to get big. If you really want it bad enough you will post up a diet your going to follow and put on some mass. If not you will buy the next best test booster. Gain 5 lbs quick, lose 6 and then never post again. Please please please bro just try eating 1 chicken breast, 2 cups rice 3-4 times a day and shakes then tell me u cant gain mass. Im young to man ive been where ur at. You have to be throwing up stuffed to get bigger its a fact of life. Hope u take my advice because you will get where u want to be then its time for the supplements.

You can do it man you just have to put your mind to it 110%. Push the limits of eating and eat through the pain. You will be rewarded and you will never feel so anabolic in your life. Once you do that for a year or so you will be up a lot in weight and hitting a plateau then u can hit some test if thats what you really want.
