Hey all,
New guy here from Ottawa. I've been lifitng for quite a few years, but mostly "maintenance" exercises in last 4-5yrs. Hoping to get some more muscle, hit the deadlifts/squats etc. a little more heavy.
I hope I haven't been out of things too long. Doesn't seem so.
Anyways, looking for to posting and learning.
