Not Happy with these results AT ALL. In my mid 20's. Have not touched anything that would tinker with testosterone for the last 2-3 years. Only ever used Clen and M1T. Did a lot of prohormones during University about 4-5 years ago.
I want to know your opinions. I also want to know if you guys think that WHEN[/B I took the test could have had any impact. I took it at 830am, after 1 meal, having worked out 3 days in a row before that and I am currently on a KETO diet.

afaik these tests need to be done in a fasted state before 11am. they should have told you this before hand and verified it while you were there before taking blood.

that being said i dont know how big of an impact food has.

and what is it that youre not happy about? that youre not in the TOP of the normal range? its a range for a reason

Yah UBC your all in the normal range id say. I bit on the lower end but at least its not crazy low. Why wouldnt it be high tho if ur a natural athlete and have not used any exogenous test ever?

Just for shits id like to get blood work done 1 week out from a show. LOL. They would probobly call me and say i have 3 hours to live and say good bye to ur family and gf. LOL

Stressful exercise reduces free testosterone as does general stress. You are in the normal range. What's the problem?

Did you have bloodwork done before you ever touched anything(baseline values)? That is what you should be comparing your results to.

LOLOL , cortisol set a new world record.

I did not get bloodwork done in my early 20's so I have no clue. I wasnt told fasted state, i was told before 10am or within 3 hrs of waking up.
