Just wondering how people typically go about cutting... I have gained a lot of mass over the past 10months but am soon wanting to get some more tone and also drop some stomach fat/love handles

Wondering about how long a should look to be cutting for like 2-3months? Should i stop taking certain supplements such as creatine? How should my diet change, less protein? Should i be doing a lot more cardio and lighter but faster weight training ie.circuit?

there is a lot of info on here about diets for losing fat. Try doing some searching to answer the basics of your questions and then use us to help you refine and tweak the diet.

try and do some of the leg work on your own :)
