Have you figured out as to why you are sore? It would go a long way to know for sure.

glucosamine, chondrotin and MGM (sp??)

cissus really works well on me. Tastes horrible though, but the taste only lasts a few seconds. Considering how inexpensive bulk glucosamine and msm are they should be a staple. Then good ol`omega 3 fish oil caps, at least 6 per day.

Maybe look up alflutop.

Hey Ritch Thanks

Im going to look into that, also the fish oil. I have a friend in NewFoundLand that can get seal oil with is supposed to be the highest concentrated omega 3's. Well keep me posted with any other remedies....

The real remedies are rehab or surgery, followed closely by fixing your training technique or program.

Most of the powders are pretty much bogus. Fish oil does seem to help general inflammation.

The acronyms are RICE/MEAT.

rest, ice, compression, elevation
mobility, exercise, analgesics, treatment

If you've got chronic joint issues you might try posting the specifics as quite a few of us older guys have at least one or two body part banged up most of the time.

^^Agree.. Kinda pointless giveing advise when you really don't know what the problem is. You can take all of the above mentioned products but in the end they will probably do nothing for you, get your joints looked at by a Doc., x-rayed, MRIed, whatever, at least than you'll have a better idea on how to deal with it.....

X3.

My knee has been sore on/off so I went to the Dr. and she informed me I need to stretch more. I do but it still comes and goes. But when I'm lifting heavy weights that involve the direct usage of my knee (mainly leg exercises) I'd prefer to know if my knee is in the condition to handle it. Regardless if I can perform the exercise or not. Next step, MRI.

Better to be safe than sorry!
