Z Mass Question

I was just wondering if anyone has either used,or is using Z Mass,i was looking into this product online,it looks promising,and i`m interested in adding it to my whey protien shake mixed in with my glutamine peptides,is there someone who can fill me in on wether or not this product works or not.

For the price of it, I wouldn't bother. I get absolutely nothing out of ZMA products. Possibly because my multi vit pretty much covers it all and all the excess is just pissed out. I dunno, but it never worked for me.
