I'm learning all sorts of new things about anatomy lately :)

I've got my tendonitis in the suprapinatus tendon of my left shoulder on the mend and got a fair bit of mobility back.
Now I've got an ache in either the Infraspinitus or Teres Minor at the origin/scapula.
I'm thinking very minor muscle strain from a combination of being tight and the new accessory exercises I'm doing with the Wendler 531 Triumvirate program.
Awkward location. I can get at it with a foam roller and I can lie on an ice pack but compression/ice is pretty darn awkward. I'm reading there is some kind of trigger point along where I'm feeling the ache.
Does anyone have some experience first aiding this one?
