Hi!
I've switched around 180 degree about 4 weeks ago, from dieting at around 1600cals (50% protein 15% carb 35% fat) being 142 9%BF to a bulk diet.
I'm on gear (EQ and Tren ... I know I know Test should be in also), so I though if I want to up my body weight in order to compete in (mid nov), I should be bulking right now...
SO....
I took a really bad binging week where I was pretty much all over the place... eating a whole nutella jar by the spoon... yeah, pretty bad. because of the gear I remained near 10%, going to 151lbs in about a week.
Now I'm on a strict, clean bulk diet (oats, yams... and dextrose PW)
2700cal, 300g protein, 280 carb and trace fats... I'm gaining about 0.5lbs per *day*, right now probably a 11-12%BF and 163lbs.
question is, is it normal to feel like I'm pregnant all day long? I mean, it's like I feel like my stomach is not done digesting the last meal when it's time to scarf down another cup of potatoes and chicken... the bloat is not terrible, but I'm scared I'm taking too much abdominal fat... even on a decent amount of gear and bustin' ass in the gym, I can't believe I can build muscle as fast a the rate I'm gaining weight.... I've got a good 10 years of training, 6 of those really hard and in a way I'm scared of losing the abdominal tightness that took so long to build.....
I would very much appreciate opinions, comments... I want to bulk, because I'm too light to compete, but I think maybe I'm putting too much faith on the gear to help me convert that much intake to muscle ?
