Not to steal Elites thunder's, but you should check out Freak Fitness,(formerly Team Gotts), the top trainer Darren Mehling took Mr. Manitoba last year at provincials(and he does well in Strongman too) and they got many men in their rosters who do very well in their respected weight classes.(Be sure to check out Mike Selztra, at provincials, As of right now, he is 270 lean and looks ready. I think he will get Mr. Manitoba this year. But Ryan MAlo is also a top contendor too.)

As for the video, AWESOME! I was at provincials when Leigh Mollison took the top prize. Amazing physique, (She puts to shame many men at my gym for sure!)
