I think my body has gotten use to my normal routine. I want to change up what I am doing.
So post what your routines are that seem to be sucessful.
I really appreciate all of your input!

Full Body 3X a week

2 warm up sets- 4 working sets tapering up in weight

Sticking to compound movements.

Was doing basically DC training (modified slightly). Now doing a 3x/wk west side program. Both good programs but they will only work as intended if the person knows what they're doing.

I usualy do a 3 day split with 4th day off.One day is strictly legs.I approach my workouts maybe different from most.I only run any particular routine 4 weeks then change to a different one,sometimes carrying over the odd exercsie into the next routine,especially if i am seeing better gains then normal.My main approach is to keep the intensity up, by doing as much as i can in a Hour.I never go more then an hour and a half in a gym.I found doing marathon workouts can burn you out quickly.Just keep changing it up and experimenting.Variety is the spice of life I always say.
