I will be competing for the first time....very worried though, 17 weeks out now and my BF is fairly high. I am 33 now and trying to work on a diet but honestly I have no clue what works for me. Never been cut before.

Takes balls to do what you are going to do. Make sure you take some pics and show us how you did. Good luck.

What weight class are you competing in? It might be wise to get some help for your first time.

No, no coach..can't afford one guys. With all my money going to foods and supps, i hardly have anything left to buy skin colorant..lol. I will be competing in the heavy weight division.

Good luck bro. Maybe instead of getting a coach you can start a log on here and get input from the CBB community to help with your cut and keep you motivated.

That's awesome you're competing :) I definitely think you should start a log/journal if you don't have a coach.

I will be there bro and i hope to meet you. A friend of mine told me that i should try to qualify for level 2 in Sudbury two weeks before the comp but i do not think i am ready for that level yet. I just want to get my feet wet. But you never know if i can get my conditioning on i may do the Sudbury show.

Why did you have to start over?

Why did you have to start over?

You have to if you don't compete within a year, and for every year that goes by you move down a level.

If you haven't competed already, my advice is read read read. Once you have a plan, stick to it and try not to learn anything new so you don't get confused and fudge up the orriginal plan. GOOD LUCK!
