View Full Version : low appetite on test/EQ
im on 400 test e and 375 EQ right now and my appetite is very low.. What should I do? It is a mental problem? what kind of high density caloric food should i eat. I am lactose intolerant as well. So no dairy.

I would up the test another 100mgs per wk and the eq say another 75mgs per wk as well, eq makes me a hungry ass pig when it is dosed accordingly to my preference ;)
....when in doubt I drink my cals
Dbol tends to mess with my appetite. You just gotta push yourself through it. Beef, pasta, salmon, and as Gymbrat says, load up your shakes. I'm forcing myself to eat 7 oz of beef and 2 cups of rice right now. :)

Agreed^^........are your pokes twice per wk?
EOD. I find a difference that way opposed to twice a week.

I'd say that sounds pretty great! You leaned out AND gained 12lbs. I gained 12lbs and didn't lean out at-all, in 3 months (though was in keto for the first 4 weeks). Another reason I think my tren hex wasn't tren at all... maybe just plain 'ol oil. Though I didn't do any cardio... hmm...
How much cardio have you been doing?
I've been running 600mg Test/Eq. I have found my appetite goes up and down. Some days I can't seem to eat enough, while other days I don't feel much like eating at all. Could be emotional related.
i havent done any extra cardio but train BJJ 3x a week.. and lift weight 3x as well.

You're doing well with those stats Bro. :)
the thing is its so gradual and i dont have a picture from before i really hardly can see a difference anymore but the scale say 12lbs.. My skin feel tighter for some reason.
How's your clothing fitting? That's always a good way to tell. I basically have two sets of clothing. One for cut, one for bulk. I might have to buy a third set for this bulk. :)
haha my clothing is quite tighter on my back area and shoulder. I feel that my right shoulder got bigger than my left quite quickly tho.. I will have to do some unilateral.
